Password problems?

1. Your password information is mailed to you with your membership renewal. If you can't find it, contact the national office at the address in number 5 below.

2. You must use your membership number in the username field. The local group password system is setup to only recognize membership numbers. 

3. If you have your PIN as your password, it needs to be typed in all uppercase. 

4. If you change your password via www.us.mensa.org, it can take a day or two for that password to synch with the local group system.
